- Fixed spelling problems
- Added an alternative ByteArray(Input|Output)Stream implementations which are not thread safe.
- PacketData now has static methods that can be used against the Packet.

Fixed PacketAggregatingAsynchChannel so that it works.
Got rid of Externalizeable and FixedSizeRecord, It's just as easy to create a fixed size Packet and use the PacketData class to serialize a fixed size record.
